Class P permitted development for commercial storage building to houses

    This agricultural building in a rural location was converted into a warehouse with ancillary offices and used as such by a local company.

    The ability to convert into two dwellings was brought about by changes to the legislation. A prior notification application was required which included proof of the use and demonstration that highway impact, flooding and noise were not issues that would prevent residential use.
